"I stayed at this hotel for work. I had no idea it was such a high class resort. It seems the thermals are what everyone goes for. Most of the staff speak English which was helpful. It seemed like older clientele, which was nice to see them enjoying themselves on a Holiday. Everyone gets dressed up dinner. Since I was there for work, we went out to a local restaurant. "We had two interconnecting suites and one junior suite to fit our family of 6 requirements. The reservation was very uncomplicated with spa appointments and amendments made very efficiently and effectively. The highlights of the hotel go to the wonderful hospitable staff; from the front of house to the cleaning staff. The hotel felt away from 5 stars with weak breakfast offerings, bathroom toiletries, and the poor selection of antipasti buffet (especially at lunch). Lunch and dinner food offerings were..."

"I have been staying at the Buja for several years, usually opting for the more modern, upgraded rooms instead of the older, carpeted ones. The quality of the rooms remains excellent, and the location is very central. However, I've noticed a decline in the consistency of the service and that the hotel overall is beginning to show its age."
